Navigating life transitions can be highly stressful in the best of situations. When trauma is involved, it’s often far more complicated. The weight of the past, the stress of rebuilding, and the struggles with trust can feel overwhelming. It takes enormous courage to reach out for support when the only person you believe you can depend on is yourself. I operate from the simple truth that no one is required to walk their journey alone.
Healing is about building a future defined by your choices today, not by your past. It’s about learning to trust yourself again as well as your instincts and your boundaries. By fostering self-compassion and providing coping strategies, I hope to help people find and tap into their innate strength to begin building the necessary foundation for stability and growth.
I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my training is rooted in trauma-informed practices. I aim to push through systemic barriers that stand in the way of fundamental, compassionate care because every person has the inherent right to heal.
