Darlene Reed

Director of Operations

Darlene Reed graduated from the University of Missouri St Louis with a B.A. in Psychology and received her Master’s in Management from Fontbonne University. Darlene has over 30 years of experience in non-profit work with service to women and children in both Missouri and Illinois. She worked for 15 years with Planned Parenthood of St. Louis in various positions, including Regional Manager, and 13 years with St. Louis County in various positions, including Deputy Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is a Certified Diversity Facilitrainer with NCCJ. Through her work with Keyway, Darlene will continue to support and champion women causes with her position as Director of Operations.
