Marla Hente

Housing Navigator

Marla has a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Human Services along with credentials as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). She began working as a Recovery House Case Manager in the summer of 2021 where she provided services to our Baker and Sharon House participants. Her empathic nature supports her ability to advocate for our women and to nurture the growth necessary for reentry. Marla uses her COTA training to seek out alternate strategies to improve individual outcomes and to allow participants to prosper on their own. Recently, she has switched roles to Housing Navigator and plans to build relationships in the community to better house the women in our program.
