We all encounter emotional pain, loss, anxiety and many other feelings as we navigate through life. Counseling aims to provide support and guidance through these difficult times, as well as assist with goal directed development of the self to optimize one’s capacity to handle all the life throws at them. I strive to support and guide individuals from all walks of life in their therapeutic journey and assist them in building the necessary skills to cope with life’s challenges. I have a direct and solution focused counseling approach to support clients with their unique mental health needs.

Having spent 7 years previously at CWIT/Keyway, I have a dedication and passion for working with the under-resourced population that Keyway serves by providing quality, compassionate therapeutic services. I believe that collaboration, advocacy and support are key factors in assisting justice involved women in their transition back into their family and into the community.
